About our High School
Heritage Christian High School provides a Biblical World View education that is fully aligned with the California State Standards and accredited by The Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and The Western Schools and Colleges (WASC). Our academic rigor is designed to educate the whole student by offering a complete and comprehensive academic program alongside a diverse selection of Advance Placement (AP) classes, a variety of elective courses, including Art, Drama, Music, Speech, Debate, Keyboarding, Student Leadership, and serving on the Worship Team. HCS offers the opportunity of dual enrollment, where a student may be earning college credits while enrolled at HCS. In the history of HCS we have had a 100% graduation rate and 95% of our graduates have gone to attend college.
HCS is committed to academic excellence while also supporting students at all learning levels through inclusive instructional practices. Our goal is to challenge students academically while ensuring they feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.
Our dedicated teachers and staff foster a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered learning environment. With years of experience in Christian education, our educators are committed to academic excellence while intentionally guiding students in their faith journey. They strive to inspire critical thinking, strong character, and meaningful spiritual development in every student. Our high school students are blessed to have Bible classes throughout the week and powerful chapel services at the end of each week. In addition, their spiritual development kicks off the school year with a dynamic High School Retreat that helps set the groundwork for the entire school year. Our High School focuses on serving others through coordinating food drives, outreach to the military and service projects to the community.
In addition, HCS offers a competitive and continually growing athletics program. HCS offers both boys and girls volleyball and basketball and are guided in developing their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
