Heritage Christian School offers before and after care—
Heritage Harbor is a warm, faith-centered before and after-school program serving Kindergarten through 6th grade, open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Each day begins by digging into God’s Word through a meaningful devotional, followed by free time to start the morning well. In the afternoon, children enjoy a fun snack bar (for those who bring money), extended recess with games and outdoor play, and a minimum of 20 minutes dedicated to homework. Students then relax and connect through free time with table games, board games, crafts, and creative activities. Our loving, multi-generational staff—made up of moms, college students, Heritage Christian School graduates, and high school students—intentionally disciple children at every level, helping them build strong character and lifelong bonds. In addition, seasonal extracurricular activities are available for an additional cost, and in the past have included offerings such as Karate, Coding, LEGO® Brain Builders, Dance, and even Etiquette, providing enriching opportunities beyond the daily program.

During Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter school breaks, open on specified days from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Heritage Harbor offers themed School Break Camps designed to provide children with a fun, engaging, and faith-filled experience while school is out. Each camp features a unique theme and includes age-appropriate lessons, hands-on crafts, interactive games, and special activities that make each break memorable. Campers enjoy exciting extras such as bounce houses and special treats, along with plenty of time for fellowship, creativity, and play. Led by the same caring, multi-generational staff families know and trust, Heritage Harbor’s School Break Camps offer a safe, joyful environment where children continue to grow in faith, friendships, and fun throughout the holiday seasons.

Heritage Harbor Summer Camp is an exciting 10-week program, open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and kicked off with Vacation Bible School on campus, setting the tone for a summer rooted in faith, fun, and fellowship. Campers enjoy daily chapel time, engaging Bible teaching, and themed weeks that keep each week fresh and memorable. No two days are the same—activities range from special visits by a zoo or aquarium to high-energy adventures like bumper boats and laser tag. Weekly themes such as Patriot Week, Career Week, Science Week, and more encourage learning, creativity, and exploration. Each week concludes with a joyful celebration featuring a free lunch and a water slide, giving students time to relax, connect, and celebrate all they’ve experienced together. For families, photos are shared daily through ClassDojo, offering a fun and reassuring glimpse into each day’s activities in this safe, Christ-centered environment.
My family left another Christian school that prioritized state regulations over our kids' best interests. We are grateful to be at HCS where the staff and school board focus on our kids' well-being and value parental involvement. The biggest blessing we have experienced from school is watching our kids grow in their faith — they enjoy reading the bible, they pray confidently, and they share the word of God with others (to uber drivers and neighbors!) Our kids always tell first responders "thank you for your service" because they have been taught at HCS to love their country and honor service people. We are grateful to the teachers and aides who spend extra time with our kids to grow academically, socially and emotionally. Heritage Harbor is a huge blessing to our busy family. Heritage Harbor Summer Camp, Preschool-6th Grade
Heritage Christian School offers a 10-week summer camp program, “Heritage Harbor”, for students in grades Preschool-6th. Participation is flexible and selections can be made on a weekly, daily and half-day basis. Online registration is required and activities are detailed in the camp flyer.
