Prayer for HCS Staff
Dear Heavenly Father,
The harvest is plentiful, and the workers are few. Thank you, Jesus, for sending your good and faithful servants here to Heritage Christian. Lord, we praise you for using the HCS staff to lead and guide our children in the way they should go. We thank you for all the teachers and staff that teach and serve the kids with such patience and endurance. We pray that when they are tired or weary, they look to You and You provide them with strength, as your word says, “My grace is sufficient for you, my strength is made perfect in weakness.” Please supply them with patience and wisdom as they care for and handle conflicts with and between children, as it can be difficult. Please give them a hedge of protection against the devil's schemes, around attacks on their thoughts, health, family and life outside of work. Please guard their hearts and minds as they shepherd your precious children.
May they be shown grace and love by their students and parents every day as they tirelessly teach and care for the children. Thank you for all that they do and their role in raising the next generation to love You and love others, and to know their identity is in Christ and not in what the world says. Thank you that they are coming alongside us to raise kingdom builders and world changers. Bless them all in their work today, and may they feel encouraged and loved by the words shared today by the parents of HCS.

So thankful for the gospel-minded heart of the Heritage Staff. Grateful for their body of Christ mentality, partnering with so many parents in training their children’s hearts and minds. Love truly makes the difference—I have never experienced another school environment so focused on leading through the love of Jesus. My children are blessed by the teacher’s JOY in teaching.
