Tuition rates are based on an annual fee, calculated by the number of school days from September 6, 2012 – June 19, 2013, and divided into 10 monthly payments, due on the 1st of each month, beginning September 1, 2012. Payments received after the 5th of each month will be subject to a $50 late fee.
A 10% sibling discount will be given beginning with 2nd oldest sibling’s tuition amount (this includes TK-12 grade students).
Holiday Day Care—HCPS is closed on various holidays throughout the school year (see school calendar). During Christmas Break and Easter Break, day care will be available at an additional charge of $40 per day and pre-registration and payment will be required. Drop-ins will not be allowed.
Summer Camp—The 2012 Preschool Summer Camp is a 10-week program beginning June 25 and ending August 31. Summer tuition rates and registration materials will be available in April 2012. The 2013 Preschool Summer Camp is also a 10-week program beginning June 24, 2013 and ending August 30, 2013. Summer tuition rates and registration will be available in April 2013.
