Steps for Enrollment at Heritage Christian

Interview with the Principal
Submit completed Student Enrollment Application with Application Fee (non-refundable)
Receive application response letter from HCS Administration
Submit proof of immunizations including T.B. or waiver
Submit recent photo and certified birth certificate
Registration Fee due (non-refundable) with registration form
Sign and submit Statement of Faith and Family Commitment form
Submit copy of most recent report card and assessment test scores
Submit signed medical release, fieldtrip release, photo release
Entrance Exam (may be waived by Principal)
