Heritage Christian School has elected a board of trustees to oversee the formulation and continuing operation of the school. The administrator will report to the board , while faculty and staff members shall report to the administrator.

The board of trustees is comprised of ten Christian men and women from the community. They are business leaders in the community, and as parents committed to Christian education, have a vested interest in the success of this new school venture.

Current Board of Trustees

Richard Myers - President

Dick has been an executive in the Medical Device Industry for over 20 years. He also has a wide variety of teaching experiences, including home-schooling 3 of his 4 children, and teaching part-time at Saddleback Christian Academy, Mission Viejo, for 10 years. He has been a Christian for 28 years, and has served as a trustee, Deacon, and Elder in his church. Dick currently serves on the board of directors for Heritage Christian School, Providence Christian College, and the Amputee Coalition of America. He and his wife Megan have 4 sons, ranging in age from 12 to 25.

Michael Stoop - Vice President

Mr. Stoop has more than 25 years Senior Management experience in multiple Orange county high tech companies. He has served on various non-profit boards and has a passion for building organizations with a purpose. Mr. Stoop holds a bachelors degree in business from University of Redlands and a Masters degree from Pepperdine University.

Neil Clark

Neil has been married to Lori Clark for over 23 years and has two daughters. Neil has been a Christian for more than 35 years and been active in his local church and various Christian ministries. He has been actively involved as a licensed commercial real estate appraiser for 20+ years. Neil is committed to serving Heritage Christian School in achieving its mission.

Nancy Doaifi

Nancy Doaifi has a Bachelors degree in Nursing from Loma Linda University. Her focus was in public health and school nursing. She practiced as an RN at Corona Medical Center for 14 years, of which, the last four years of her tenure were served as the Nursing Administrator specialized in eating disorders and women’s special needs. Nancy along with her husband Peter now own one of the largest dry cleaning companies in Orange County, Power Professional Cleaners in Lake Forest. Nancy’s treasures are her two children Kevin and Crystal who were both blessed to be under the tutelage of Mr. Gay since the second grade. Nancy has a genuine love of others, and desires to use all of her capabilities to make Heritage Christian School a safe and successful environment for Christian children and families.

Phil Carreon

Phil's Christian journey began on the campus of Cal Poly Pomona nearly 23 years ago. Since then, God has used Phil and his family for His purpose and glory. Phil has been self-employed for 10 years in the architectural industry and 13 years in the dental industry. 'The best part of building two businesses is coming home to my awesome family." Phil directly attributes his business achievements, and his loving family home life to the humble obedience of the will of God, and the wise counsel of many godly people. Phil and family reside in Lake Forest. He has a BS in Architecture, and his wife Jeanne is employed at Saddleback Church in the IT department. Both sons, Zac and Jake attend Heritage Christian School.

George Gay - Principal

Our founding Principal, Mr. George Gay has been in Christian Education for 27 years. Mr. Gay has founded two other successful Christian schools and has consulted with many other schools in several states. Mr. Gay has implemented and directed excellent curriculum and instructional Christian School programs that have received accreditation from ACSI and WASC. Mr. Gay’s passion is to daily nurture, train, encourage, challenge, and love kids, all for the glory of God! Mr. Gay received his BA from Cal-State Fullerton, his teaching credential from Southern Cal Christian College and his Masters in Educational Administration from Concordia University. Mr. Gay has been married to his wife Edie for 32 years. He and Edie have 4 daughters & 5 grandchildren.

Michael Lippe

Married since 1995 Michael lives with his wife, Sandi, and daughter Kaitlyn in their Lake Forest home. Michael brings with him 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. He is active in his community. He has been mentoring and counseling youth for the last 15 years, finding this to be one of the most rewarding experiences of his life. He is committed to the vision of Heritage Christian School and the blessing it creates for our children and their families. He is an active member of Saddleback Church. Michael is very proud of the community he lives in and serves.
